Clinical case 1
A woman from Cameroun who has been living in UK for several years is regularly monitored by her doctor. She has a rhesus positive blood group. Her first child, born at 36 weeks with amenorrhea, had a hyperbilirubinemia successfully treated with phototherapy. Her second child, born at term, also required phototherapy. The current pregnancy was complicated by several episodes of UTI, the last of which was at 32 WA, which been treated and cured.
